A little about myself, first, I have to mention my parents, who were both teachers, both for me and as their profession. If I make progress, it is because of their sacrifices. I have been advised to talk about conferences, university training that I have taken and given. Instead, my vision is something else that I would share with you. The passage of time is a topnotch masterpiece, and it has taught me that the most exquisite pleasure and the most productive career is to be a teacher. On the one hand, healing the pain may be infinitely pleasurable to the point of teaching and learning. On the other side, how can I, as a teacher in medicine and a Spinal surgeon, feel both of them with all my being, not be thankful and not share this boundless pleasure with each one of you?

It’s a good idea to talk a little bit about the specialized and fellowship program system. A class at this point allocates five to ten percent of the total training time. Most training is done in the operating room, the patient’s bedside, and inside the clinic. The outlines are identified by the faculty instructors and communicated to the receiving training physicians (fellowship students). At this stage, it is the student’s responsibility to study and investigate every case (from all sources, including books, journals, etc.) and present it in the same classroom that I mentioned earlier as a lecture. In all stages of teaching, it is two-way communication. It is in the form of exchanging points of view and information, so in this method, I also teach as the expert, and at the same time, I grasp new ideas and can get criticized.

Acceptance and visitation of patients in the clinic are the same as the reciprocal training method that was mentioned in the clinic of the educational hospital. The patients who are hospitalized are examined collectively by specialized and sub-specialized professors and assistants.
Finally, it is the operating room where the previously given training is tested, and the surgery is performed under the supervision of the relevant instructor.

In all the above steps, two-way learning and liquidity training is in the same style and context.
Now, let me turn to the other side of my work, and that is the relationship with patients. There are two sides, one to tolerate patients’ suffering 2nd the pleasure of treating and improving patients. Early in my career, I thought that the pain and suffering of my patients would gradually ease for me and that it would not be so painful. On the other side of the coin, however, is the boundless pleasure of relieving the pain and suffering of patients.

You have realized the infinite pleasure; I have not said it in vain. Of course, the mentioned emotional pleasure brings with it an abundant responsibility. It promotes continuous development and the creation of an inner momentum within humans.

When I completed the postgraduate course at the Iran University of Medical Sciences, I attended several companionships in France, the United States, and Germany. During my time at Iran University of Medical Sciences, I conducted various conferences for young spinal surgeons. As a person fascinated by this field, for the first time in Iran, I performed endoscopic spine surgery at Iran University of Medical Sciences. It is worth mentioning that the most recent methods of spinal surgery were launched in Bazarganan Hospital during my cooperation with the committee. I also have started and taught laser lumbar disc surgery in the private sector.
Due to personal interest, I also aid the patients whose problems have not yet been resolved despite treatment (medical or surgical) or Failed Spinal Disease. I will try to help such patients in the first counseling clinic in the private sector.

Cyberspace has made it possible for me to be in touch with you, dear colleagues. Patients’ contact with the treating physician is indescribable and very transcendent. The purpose of this website is to increase your awareness and knowledge of spinal diseases and how to interact with them, and more importantly, to be aware of prevention methods in this field.
